The kit of insulated tools incorporates all the Klein quality design and construction features that professionals have relied on. The tools combine excellent functionality along with a reduction of the risk of injury, where a tool might make contact with an energised source with voltage up to 1000 volts. The high-dielectric white inner layer is a thick, exceptionally tough base coating, which is bonded to the tool. The outer layer is a flame-resistant, bright orange colour. All Klein insulated tools comply with the IEC 60900 and ASTMF 1505 standards for insulated tools. The 11045INS Insulated Wire Stripper/Cutter will strip and cut 10-18 AWG solid wire. The Wire Stripper also has holes for easily looping and bending wire. The D203-8INS 8-Inch Insulated Long-Nose Side Cutting Pliers have a unique slim head for working in confined areas.
